Reporting a Bug

If a tool is giving incorrect results, not loading, or behaving unexpectedly, please include the following information in your message so we can reproduce and fix the issue:

  • Which tool you were using (e.g. "Compound Interest Calculator")
  • What values you entered
  • What result you got and what you expected
  • Your browser and operating system (e.g. "Firefox on Windows 11", "Safari on iPhone")
  • A screenshot if possible — this helps a great deal

Suggesting a New Tool

We genuinely welcome tool suggestions. The tools we are most likely to build are ones that:

  • Perform a specific, well-defined calculation or text operation
  • Can run entirely client-side with no server or API dependency
  • Are genuinely useful to a broad audience, not just a highly specific niche
  • Are not already well covered by a dedicated best-in-class web tool

If your suggestion fits these criteria, describe it in an email and we will consider it for a future update.

CalcSnap uses Google AdSense for display advertising. We do not accept direct advertising placements, sponsored content, or paid promotions. Business enquiries unrelated to tool bugs or suggestions can also be directed to hello@calcsnap.app.
