1. Acceptance

By using calcsnap.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. CalcSnap is run by Deep Sonic Echo (pen name), a private individual in Finland.

2. What the site provides

CalcSnap offers free calculators, word games and text tools, plus articles that explain the ideas behind them. Everything is provided for information and education. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax, legal or medical advice. See the disclaimer.

3. Your responsibilities

When you use the tools, you agree that:

• you are responsible for checking that a calculation suits your own situation;
• results depend entirely on the inputs and assumptions you choose;
• projections of returns, growth or interest are estimates, and past results do not guarantee future ones;
• you make your own decisions and take responsibility for them.

Please do not try to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, articles, explanations, page design and original code on CalcSnap belong to Deep Sonic Echo unless stated otherwise. Word lists for the Finnish and Swedish word tools come from open sources credited on those pages, under their own licences. You may:

• use the tools freely for personal, educational or work purposes;
• quote short excerpts from articles with a credit and a link to calcsnap.app.

You may not republish substantial parts of the content, present it as your own, or copy the tools into another website or app without written permission.

5. No warranty

I test the calculators carefully, but the site is provided "as is", without any warranty that it is error-free, complete or always available. If you find an error, please report it to contact@deepsonicecho.com.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Deep Sonic Echo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, CalcSnap or its content, including decisions made on the basis of a calculation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.

7. Links and advertising

The site contains links to other websites and shows ads from Google AdSense. A link or an ad is not an endorsement, and I am not responsible for the content of other sites.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law.
